need advice in Texas

need advice in Texas Im new to this dont know exactly how it works. But Im in Fort Worth an looking for legal advice. I am in the process of divorcing a man who mentally, emotional and financially was never available.. We have a x month old baby..he has x kids an I have x kids & make roughly the same a year. My question is, when childsupport is set, will the judge also give daycare cost consideration?? If they strictly go by his net..i think hed only have to pay between x-x.. an I can afford to take pay the x a month it takes to care just for my x month old..as well as provide for my other x children..my point is I think we should split the cost x/x an he's raising hell about it even though for the x x/x years we wre together he wasnt much help financially..i found out he was hiding his true income an money from me.. I dont think Im asking to much..Ive seen alot worse.. Anyone have advice or know how Texas childsupport are set?? an also visitaion for a baby?? he wont tell me where he lives, I have no phone number (he changed his number) an I dont want him to take her over night hes never even gave her a bath or bought one single diaper...ever
